In a couple of days, you'll be gone
I'm not ready to say goodbye
This goodbye is forever
You won't come home to me
I'm not ready to let you go
But you'll see me standing strong
Once you're gone, I'll break down
It kills me to know after tomorow
I'll never feel your gentle kisses
Your hands will never again caress me
I'll never feel you nibble on my ears again
Or your warmth embrace me
Your hand on my face will just be a memory
I'm begging you to stay
Even though I know you have to go
Instead I'll ask you to fill my head
With you, enough to last forever
I'll ask you to hold me tight
I'll give you my heart
It's yours if you promise
You'll never break it
Or let it go
