War Is Over - Poem by Thistle Wargul

War is over,
Drop your weapons,
Now return home,
To your loved ones.

For now we are free,
Rejoice ye all with me,
Let our hearts fill with love and not fear,
Let us all have a better year.

Filled with hope,
Filled with song,
We have strength,
To go on.

But remember,
Those who’ve fallen,
We owe them,
Our freedom.

Now we are home!
