Was It Abrogation? Poem by Satish Verma

Was It Abrogation?

Do I live for virginity
after a wild kiss of a blue flame?
I had snatched you from the fig tree.

Why was there apartheid?
You had mingled with tears after the
rape of truth. I want to shrink now.

Money will not matter.
I will start collecting emeralds
after the nightstand. It was sedated.
