Watch the sun rise
Welcome it,
Like a old friend.
Enjoy the maroon and orange
contrasting the blue
and the feeling of your face getting warmer.
Then,
just when you expect it,
The sun rises.
It penetrates the sky
Like a head from under a blanket
only leading to a brighter smile.
Celebrate a sunrise
Like the birth of a child:
With one, comes the other.
