Waves Poem by francesca zumbo

Waves

I remember the night
We watched that movie in your room
In Jimbo’s bed
It was dark and snowy out
The window next to us was black and wide
You took pictures with your camera
The snow was calmly sailing,
Through the air and falling
I felt safe there that night
With you as I watched the light
Outside,
The snowflakes came in waves.
