1.

Anger,
My anger comes in waves,
And then pausing
My tears come like rivers
...

Relinquish past fables,
Starry nights and all
With tinker bell taped to her walls
Child-like visions
...

Time moves like the wind
Fast and sharp
Scattering shreds of memories
Into an abstract abyss
...

Your heavy eyelids are downcast
I can see the rim of your brow
And the outline of your jawbone
...

Consume and milk them for what their worth
They’ll pay don’t worry
They’ll complain and sulk away slowly
Complacent and out of control
...

There is no right or wrong,
Only opinions
Will rule this earth.
...

New years residue and resolution
Resonating its way through a glass of wine

Sailing around in the absence of confetti
...

Oh my god I love you,
I love you times a thousand

I love you in every combination,
...

9.

I remember the night
We watched that movie in your room
In Jimbo’s bed
It was dark and snowy out
...

Pitch-black night skies
Illuminate against naked street lamps
Stars attempt shooting
Off they go one after another
...

Rest here, we all are
But we are not all one
Because you are looking at me
With a smirk on your face
...

I believe in Holy Moments
I believe in the spirit that resides in all of us
And I believe in the heart and the soul.
I believe in the hope that pours out of our eyes,
...

All love is ironic
we fight and we plead
we beg for this so called need
...

14.

Your face is like Claude Debussy’s String quartet in G minor
At once thrilling, magically terrifying
And instantly beautiful
Like walking deaths sidewalk
...

I don’t do well with exacts and things like that
I don’t even do well with describing
I’m only in it for the abstract
That which we cannot distinguish
...

Indigo-trapped silence
I am unfolding day by day
Unraveling, traveling, where have you gone?
...

Floating on some kind of majestic cloud
I was then, and I didn’t realize the air that surrounded me
It seems like a lifetime ago that you came knocking at my door
And years more that I took you in from the cold
...

Life is spontaneously happening
A constant flowing of minds materialism
Streaming naturalism
Into our unconscious hearts
...

This is the horror of life
The beauty in the shadow
The light on the lake
Glistened by the moon
...

The Best Poem Of francesca zumbo

Flood

Anger,
My anger comes in waves,
And then pausing
My tears come like rivers
That flow through valleys
And over cliffs
That spill like waterfalls
Like paint on a canvas
That knows no end
They drip and run
Solid and falling
Only pools they create
Salt baths of fluid
In which I swim and dive and suffocate.
