We were playing ring around the rosie,
when we all fell down,
I guess you fell to hard,
your're so light, we barely heard a sound.

Open your eyes and laugh with us again.
dont tell me i lost a brother, a best friend.
No, Lord dont let it be.

Tell me to wake up,
from this dream,
that will last for eternity.

Your smile was the cutest,
your eyes the bluest,
your hands the softest,
Your tummy the chubbiest.

You will always be in my dreams,
Playing ring-around-the rosie,
Ashes, Ashes, We all fall down,
But not all of us will get back up.
