We Are All Authors Poem by Mohammad Younus

We Are All Authors

We are all authors—of life's vast tome,
A book once blank, a pristine home.
Each breath, each heartbeat, a line we write,
A tapestry spun of shadow and light.

Some pages bow with sorrow's weight,
Heavy with tears for a fractured fate.
Others glow with a joyous grace,
Their words a dance, a warm embrace.

Some linger in shades of muted gray,
Whispers of dreams that slipped away.
Yet scattered too are daring tales,
Of soaring climbs and windswept sails.

But write we must—our fates unfold,
The chapters, ours alone to hold.
For if we halt, if we delay,
Life's wisdom dims, its truths betray.

We'll never see the flaws, the might,
The guiding star, the hidden light.
We shape the life still left untold,
And seek the truths the years withhold.

No hand unseen inscribes our fate;
The book is blank—its canvas waits.
Each word we pen, each story spun,
Is ours to claim, till all is done.

So write with courage, line by line,
Let love imbue your inner rhyme.
Pause to read the deeds you trace,
Reflections etched in time's embrace.

There lies your strength, your hidden cause,
The passions that ignite applause.
For every story, dark or bright,
Leads us onward toward the light.

What next unfolds, we cannot see,
Yet through free will, we plant the tree.
Our hands align, our pens entwine,
With whispers of the grand design.

Write with truth, let wisdom sail,
Trust the Source that fills the gale.
Each word we weave, a sacred sign,
Our will, a spark of the divine will.
