We are destined to depart,
Then why not fill the tumblers of time with the elixir of mirth
Drink, swirl and gambol
We are destined to depart,
Then why not look deeper and deeper into each other's eyes and imbibe eternity,
Without uttering a word
We are destined to depart,
Then why deplete life’s opulence in qualms and tiffs, forming desultory opinions on one another….
…..brew bitterness in hearts
We are destined to depart,
Then why not gaze together at the horizon where the orange sun meets the green earth,
Kissed by the exuberant flora
We are destined to depart,
Then why not lock our palms and walk together until the haven, where our souls merge into a rich One!
On the patch of pimpernels underneath the grey twilight
We are destined to depart,
Then why not seek from each other, strength, and live every moment, painting the canvas of life with luxuriant hues….
….keep painting until we reach that inevitable second….
