We Call It Paradise Poem by THE HOLY POET

We Call It Paradise

You say you dream of Heaven, will you share with me that dream
Is it what you thought, is it just the way it seems
Is there nation after nation, standing side by side
And regardless of their colour, stand proud and dignified?
Do creeds all come together yet religion holds no place
Where rich and poor, let troubles rest, and each other they embrace
And young and old are welcomed, of every shape and size
But that's right here in Glasgow and we call it Paradise.
