We Can'T Be Happy Poem by No Reason To Care

Im a prisoner
trapped in my past
lost alone
I knew this wouldn’t last

I look back on the “good times” I clearly took for graunted
The seed of love I thought was planted

But as each kiss grew faster
And your touch left me cold
I knew our relationship was getting old
Your body turned to nothingness sitting beside me
The light turned to darkness I couldn’t even see
I couldn’t feel our hands entwined
I was stuck in the darkness inside my mind

As the light became visable
I started to cry
Knowing without your love
I would surely die
I saw how much you mean to me
How when im with you
Your all I see
No darkness or demons
Only the light
I have to have you
I have to fight
I cant just let you leave
I cant just let you go
I wont live without you
No.
I wont be without the one thing that matters
I wont allow our hearts to be shattered
I wont let you be with out me
Because without eachother
We cant be happy-
