We Know You'Re There Poem by Bette Roan

We Know You'Re There

In flowers that bloom and the sky so high
The roaring sea passing by,
We know You're there - You're everywhere.
In the trees and the wind
The sun and the storms.
Fresh dew on the grass in early morn.
We know You're there - You're everywhere.
I raise my voice in praise.
In thanks for all the gifts You gave.
You know our faults, but love us all.
And on each, shed Your shining rays.
You fill the world with miracles and love.
Please walk with us and keep us straight.
Dear God, extend your hand and decide our fate.
We kneel and pray and often say,
But for the Grace of God we'd lose our way.
We know You're there. You're everywhere.
Dear God. You're everywhere.
