We need to honor our soldiers
The present future, and past
For with out their services
Our country wouldn't last
We need to honor our soldiers
And punish those that burn our flag
For it is so much more to us
Than just any ordenary rag
We need to honor our soldiers
And shake their hands if we can
Or pat them on the shoulder
Let them know we honor their stand
We need to honor our soldiers
Yes even those that already gave
Even if nothing else
Pay a visit to their grave
We need to honor our soldiers
more than ever before
They protect so much more
Than our borders and shores
We need to honor our soldiers
In our future just as well
There may be more wars to come
We just have no way to tell
We need to honor our soldiers
They do truely serve us well
For wars here on earth
Are examples of living Hell
