We Shall Remember Them Poem by Karen Megson Adams

We Shall Remember Them

Rating: 5.0

On the Eleventh hour
November day
We stand in silence
Stand and pray

Silent capture
Silent will
The country stands
Remembered still

We gather closey
Eyes are clouded
Tears to flow
Veterans Rounded

Standing quietly
Side by side
Silence golden
Fears collide

So please be peaceful
11 A.M
Please be silent
Remember them

Thank you for this for one and all to view. Digest. Stop. And think. And give due respect to all The Fallen. A well balanced and presented poem. Good poems like this are sometimes hard to deliver, just hard to get the balance right. 10++ and added to my respected favs. Stay well.Stay healthy and please keep writing, I have truly and honestly enjoyed reading all your works. Take care Karen and all the loved ones around you. I wish you and all the best this life has to offer.
