We Will Go Poem by Elvis Addae

We Will Go

From nowhere did we see
How the living becomes an abstract
It surprised our view
Yet rain still matched into the sea
All will say;
And our wonder
Off we will go yonder

Our tears weren't a pond to swim in
So I thought let's be at peace today for tomorrow none knows
The youthful exuberance will run away as rain goes
All will say;
And our wonder
Off we will go yonder

For someday to come my tears won't show loyalty
So let's love,
Before its time for divinity
When its all you'll have
All will say;
And our wonder
Off we will go yonder
To the heavens above
