Wealthiest Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Wealthiest

Wealthiest, I feel like
Not for material wealth
Gold, silver and pelf
Certainly, not the wealth.

Whereas, the give and take
Of affection, love and care
As compared to peace
Sharing of heaps and heaps.

Long thereafter, even today
Sweet and invaluable memories
With lovely, near and dear ones
For, I value recalling the most!

Thank you, Hans ji. I appreciate the way you have evaluated the worth of affection, love and care vis-a-vis that of material assets like precious metals. Lovely poem.
