Weep Poem by Rightly Considered

Weep

Over the face of the waters he hovered
And descended like a dove
Now at the Son's command
He's hidden in us by love

Never Himself to glorify
A secret he has become
But always He will manifest
A form he does regain
In all the world he's seen
In Sorrow or in pain

No doubt you have felt Him
When needed most he's near
Descending like a dove
On the face again appear
Bright, shining, clear

The Father's command
not only does he keep
Nor merely 'Weep
with those who weep'

To feel, or taste,
or see or hear
to my senses please appear
For I know that you are spirit
But I long to know you're near

To our cry he does respond
and in our memory sear
His presence with us always
Himself in every tear.
