what is this miscreant
what is this leech
what kind of vermin is this
brought forth from my loins

what monkey spirit dwells here
what baboon spirit is this
that emerged from that womb
bringing shame to the parents

barked at by rabid mongrels
under the eaves in rainy weather
under eaves in chilly gusts
ready to pounce like an eagle

a friend of marauding hyenas
a friend of rodents hunting owls
assortments of weapons ready
a gruesome death now looming
