What About A Person's Cover? Poem by Pierce Reichard

What About A Person's Cover?

Not all angels have wings.
Same as not all demons have horns.
People are made up of much more.

Cover to cover, book to book,
Can you really know?
My pages are worn, some are missing.

Maybe I'm a novel.
Perhaps a collection of stories.
Would you ever know?
