What About You Poem by Monica M Engeler

What About You

Summer is coming slowly to an end,
You hear those annoying accorns falling down,
And the warm sun is loosing its fire by the minute,
Time never stops, its an endless trend.

You see, life moves in one direction,
Life is forever rushing forward,
Life is on fire with endless stories
Life is beautiful with iits admirations.

There is a beautiful world spinng around in space,
Those mountains, lakes, and trees decorate about,
With sweet smelling blossoms that perfume the air,
Time keeps order in place.

Lets stop thinking about whats going on outside,
What about you?
What about the problems of life?
What about the stories you hide?

I look for things that make me content,
I don't rate my mistakes,
My problems alway teach me to go forward,
It's nothing worthwhile to repent.

It's time find an end from this dark shadow,
A winter chill is circling the air,
Come back inside and warm yourself,
Tomorrow will wash away your sorrow.

Goodnight and fairwell.
Life goes on.
