What Became The World Around Me Poem by Lia Padena

What Became The World Around Me

only the hot tears were real
and saved us
we were friends
they vibrated
I thought we had been friends with ourselves
but you
those confessions
were marked
hurt us and they were breaking the lies
so brutal that the storm rises
and covered our voices
because somebody adds oneself
  in the greatest secret secret
a plot for money reason
those who hated trying to bind our hands
hologram white
  with the black one
without faces
and one in front of another
I was losing my time in the mirror
with all kinds of ugly mimics
I thought I was crazy
and the silence disappears more and more
all these faces
which appeared
as from the darkness
what became the world around me
if you know anything
now I'm gonna stop thinking about something
I'll look at the stars alone
