What Becomes Of Love Poem by abi Whitaker

What Becomes Of Love

what becomes of love
when someone throws it away
careless, stupid, crazy
they stubbed it out like a ciggerette
could it reignite, its a flame
i know it did once
but twice is greedy, right
but this time i promise
a do-over
i'll do it right
