What God Creates Poem by Hiram Sims

In Life there are those things which God creates
That which he fashioned with his touch Divine
Knowing with certainty the things he made
Would never falter, stand the test of time

He leaves his mark on everything he made
So all who gaze upon it might proclaim,
“No man could ever make something so pure,
Only the Lord could make this in his name…”

At times we lose our faith in what he forms
and let our hope in his creation fade
But not even our doubt contains the strength
to put asunder that which God has made

So as we look upon the things His hands
Molded into his charity of late
We cannot help but praise the craftsmanship
Of those enduring things which God creates
