What Goes Around Comes Around. Poem by mariam khan Farah Abdulahi

What Goes Around Comes Around.

As I walk down the street.
I feel the breeze gently through my scarf.
It’s a cold morning.
About 8o’clock.
The sun almost fully risen.
The birds singing in the trees.
My heart singing with joy.
AlHamdu lillaah I’m a Muslim.
Times are tough.
The goings got rough.
Fighting all over the world.
Non believers in God or even believers by name.
Getting brothers to fight brothers.
America trying to take over the world.
They say what goes around comes around.
The day will come.
When the brothers will realise what you have done.
The brothers will stand united.
The ones who fear God.
The ones who pray five times a day.
Who practice there Islam.
Yes the ones you call terrorists.
They will stand there ground.
Fight for what’s right.
Good by America.
Good by Britain.
There are more of us than any other.
We bring peace.
Today and forever.
