what happened to us
we use to be so happy
now you're packing your bags
and getting ready to leave
did something happen, was it something i said
did i do something to make you mad
but you are laughing
are you happy leaving us here
your son, your husband, and me
standing in the door
watching you leave with my sister, brother, and all of your things
i cant and wont give you the chance to hurt me like this again
you made us cry
but you dont even care do you
you never even tried to make it work
you always wanted to hide
but that wont work here anymore
you cant just run away
if you do, it will be you looking back and wondering
what happened
