What happened to this girl?
What made her into me?
What killed the flaming spirit?

Was it the million lies?
They cut so darn deep.

What killed the smart one?
What killed her innosence?
Where did her true smile go,
And what has replaced it?

What happened to her love,
And why can't she trust?
What happened?

Not so much time,
Since the picture took.
Now when I compare,
All I see is her easy going face,
And my shallow, hollow features.

We were once one and the same.
We were once so happy.
Why did it end?

What happened to her spirit?
What happened to me,
To make me lose myself?
