What I Feel Today
what i feel today is this
i am scooping some ice cream for you
five scoops of vanilla flavored
ice cream with marshmallow toppings
i hand them to you
with a very sweet smile
and you start licking and munching
marshmallows
inside my mind
is this pain inside my heart
is my aching tooth
but i am not telling you
or anybody
i am a very considerate man
trying always to please you
