What I Had Was Wonderful



What I had was wonderful
Beautiful and magnificant
Until it was taken from me
Like a thief in the night
Without warning or reason
The darkness and emptiness
And loneliness that followed
Was not what I had
Why cant I have what I had?
Why was it taken from me?
