What I Remember? Poem by Dr Bedadyuti Sahoo

What I Remember?

You were better than the beauty of moss
Long bushy hair with full moon face
Lotus like cheek with swelling eyes
That was alluring me to run in your race
You were better than the beauty of arbours
Thickly belly and glacier like throat
Palms are two swelling river beds
That I remember, you were a fairy face
Your approach in eyes and aesthetic appeal
Your humming voice was sweet feel
Laughing was morning sun, angry was bonfire
That I was jumping to you like arctic hare
