What Is Not Yours? Poem by Satish Verma

What Is Not Yours?

Metamorphosis.
My pre-pain blooms. My foot
wear breaks. I walk barefoot.

Every sound hurts.
The cocoon will not burst. Kafka
breaks the line and puts a stop.

Before the law, you
were happy. Now it is time to
kill the truth. No one sees.
