ପଦଚିହ୍ନ
ଗଜାନନ ମିଶ୍ର

ପାଉ ନି ଖୋଜି ଖୋଜି
କାହାର ବି ପଦଚିହ୍ନ ଏଠି।

ଏ ସାରା ଜଙ୍ଗଲ
କାଦୁଅ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ।

ଖେଳ, ବୁଲ, ନାଚ,
ଆଉ କଥା କୁହ ଢେର୍।

କଣ ନାହିଁ
ସମସ୍ତେ ଦେଖିଲେ।
କହିଲେ ନି କେହି
ଅଛି କଣ।

ଘରକୁ ଫେରିଲାବେଳେ
ବସିଲେ ଚକାପାରି।

ଆଉ ମତେ ମିଳିଗଲା
ଅଛିଣ୍ଡା ଅଙ୍କର ସୂତ୍ର।

English rendering;

Not getting
The footprint
Of anybody.

Full of mud
This whole forest.

Play, wander, dance,
And say a lot.

All saw
What is not here.
No one said
What is there?

And sit down silently
After returning.

And I have got
The clue of
Unsolved math.
