What Love Has Become Poem by BrittneyErin Blake

What Love Has Become

Love now has come with no defintion the newest generation has stripped it's real meaning, leaving it just a 4 letter word casted out into the world. Love now has just become Lust, unloyal, uncaring, and abusive. Those are now the 4 words making one word look so horrible and painful. When LOVE is suppose to bring happiness,
loyalty, devotion and passion. Love in this new generation we think with our bodies and not with the heart. We think it's our heart cause we are attracted to one another. In reality it's our body's desire to have each other pinned against the bed releases are sexual pleasures. We ask our selfs why can't I find real love. Tell yourself this LOVE is not lust, unfaithfulness, uncaring and unloyal. Those are what people made the word love to become. LOVE is to honor, respect, cherish, faithful, passion, devotion, and happiness. If you don't have that, Love is being falsely used.
