In your eyes I see a light, with love like a glowing flame. It surrounds you and I know my love is true, I will never be the same. In those eyes, I see the love, but I know it is for another. I can never, ever be your lover. In your heart of hearts, you know that I could love you like no other. In my dreams, you are here with me, but in my heart, I know it never can be. I know my love, that this dream must end, as you walk away with my best friend.
