What To Say Poem by Alyssa Ellis

No words at all can speak,
louder than any mouth can
say or writer can write

Silence says nothing but
the truth
Just listen... it says
it all

What to say though?
how can I speak as
loud as silence?
how can my words come
out as they are in my head?

I just can't, they seem
distant and stuck in space
where they are soon forgotten

They have more meaning there,
than on paper
so much meaning though
Im the only one who
understands...

My points will never be made,
the understanding will never
be understood
and my words will never be known..
God, I hate writers block! ! !
