What You Make Me Feel Poem by Obrayan Martinez

What You Make Me Feel

Beneath the silky white of the school ceiling
enclosed by the corridors, another story for the walls
my heart confessed its thoughts to the wind and you
at a distance I felt the smile on your face

It's safe to say you didn't know
that all your savoring sweetness,
tenderly pierced the wall of my soul
that as you spoke your velvet voice
flooded the corners of my mind

Everyday a moment to celebrate
a blush. a smile. a stare.
oh, what lovely music I hear
for you are the air I breathe, the sound I hear

my love, I need not to wish for the moon
for I got the stars when I'm with you.
