What You'Re Asking Of Me Poem by Chaotic Life aka Curly Mer

What You'Re Asking Of Me

Rating: 4.5

What am I supposed to say
when I have no options?
Your actions are overpowering me,
your words leave me speechless.
You want to change for me,
you think that's what I want
and then you ask me to be your friend again...
that's just too much.
Trust takes time to rebuilt,
I hope you know that.
And love takes even longer,
and it can possibly never succeed.
I hope you know what you're asking of me
is way beyond anything a guy has asked of me before
And I honestly think,
I can not do it.

(to the one that plays around too much...)
