you vote a poem 5 out of 10
leaving no reason why
and then i sit here and wonder
why you didn't vote high

what was it that u didn't like
what busted your bubble
leave me a line next time
so i know what was awful

did you not like the fact i like
to end my lines in rhyme?
i still stay on topic and
speak about whats on my mind

i consider it a challenge
to keep a poem balanced
and when i have music that fits
they can turn to lyrics
