When a nation loses its guiding light,
And leaders vanish from the people's sight,
Some rise to power, wearing crowns of pride,
Yet leave the suffering of their people aside.
Are they truly leaders, if they seek only fame?
If power and glory are their only aim?
A leader is more than a title or throne—
A leader must carry the people's sorrow as his own.
When a country has no leader who truly cares,
Who listens to its people and understands their fears,
How shall we find freedom from suffering and pain?
How shall we find hope through the darkness and rain?
Yet once we were blessed with a leader who knew
The struggles of the people and the hardships they went through.
He heard our silent cries, he understood our pain,
And gave us hope when hope seemed lost again.
A true leader does not live for power or praise;
He serves the people through the darkest days.
He walks beside them, through sorrow and strife,
And gives his strength to improve their lives.
So when a nation searches for someone to lead,
Let wisdom, compassion, and courage be the creed.
For a leader's greatness is not measured by fame—
But by how many lives are better because he came.
When a country is suffering, lost and afraid,
May a true leader rise, unselfish and brave.
One who understands the people's pain,
And brings them hope, freedom, and dignity again.
