When Evil Comes Out To Play Poem by Payyton Egerstaffer

When Evil Comes Out To Play

When light becomes dark
The mean ones come out to play
All of them with bites bigger than their bark
Prowling for those known to obey

When they have you under their clutch
Their evil reins
Leaving you with nothing at least, not much
Still their poison runs through your veins

When their finished
Your body is sore
During the time it slowly diminished
Till you were nothing more than apart of the floor

Then they cleaned you up like some hated chore
They threw you out giving their pleasures
Then your left feeling nothing all they way to your core
Letting you know you're no longer worth a single measure

So please don't forget
What to do or say
If you’re alone in the dark
When evil comes out to play
