When first I saw you, I was beginning to show you of who I am.
I was on my path, you were the one who showed me the way.
Who was to know that you were the one to find me, somewhere out of the blue.

So I stole you away from underneath your feet, held you closely to me. I felt your touch, it was warm and welcoming.

When first I saw you, I was the one to show you the way.
Follow me to the path of life, I’ll show you everything, still I held you closely to me.

Your eyes stare at mine, we are together forever in time.
Share your laughter with me, we will always be together forever in the sands of time.
