My love,

When I close my eyes
I see you, I see us
As two autumn leaves
Drifted by a whirlwind
Holding tight to each other
Surrendering to the power of love
Blessed on earth and above

When I close my eyes
I feel us tenderly entwined

I feel you with me
In a homeland for us
A homeland we both trust
Where our hearts feel at peace
Where we share the same heartbeat

When I close my eyes
My heart travels to where you are
Leaving me alone wondering
When will I open my sight
And see you by my side? !
