When studying myself
I find the truth
That is the total existence

I find my reality, my true self
I do not achieve or gain it
It is my reality - all the time

Here I am - in the midst
Of perfect consciousness
And my practice is...
...to deny duality.

Simply to realize it, accept it,
And then to actualize it
In my everyday life...
The fact of Absolute Unity!

Never to show I am cut off...
...from the One- reality...
...that appears in multiple...
...manifestations of its power.

Here there is no he or me
No this or that:
I am, I am, I am, I am, I am!
Neither a servant, nor a master!
