I saw on the news when the riots began,
‘Get out of our country! '
Said the angry white man;
‘You don't belong here, '
That's what they said;
If you're black, brown, yellow or red.
But the question remains -
How is this fair?
The white man has travelled so far from here,
He's settled in foreign lands far and wide,
He's stolen, oppressed, robbed and colonised
Every country from Scotland to New Zealand besides;
When has he ever awoken and said,
Sorry for all the murder, hatred and bloodshed?
The white man's an immigrant all over the world,
Yet he thinks It's an oyster and he is the pearl.
But listen, I've got news for you and your men,
Game's over It's time for us to pick up our pen,
And re-write history so we all know the truth,
To find out you don't need to be a super sleuth.
Just ask the natives the world over;
Who is your father and who is your mother?
They will tell you we respect our Earth Mother,
They will say we bow to our Father Son;
It's not after money and gold that we run.
But look to the white man for all that he's done,
Look to the English and ask them to leave,
All the countries they've colonised all the webs that they weave,
So think twice white man before you shout out, ‘Go Home! '
Think again and look back at all that you've done.
