When The Sun Emerges From Dark Clouds Poem by Mohammad Younus

When The Sun Emerges From Dark Clouds

When the sun emerges from dark clouds,
Your smile is the light I see all around.
No illusion, no separation remains,
As the welcome light cascades over me.

I ask not for union, for I now realize
The oneness found in all diversity.
The divine thread runs through each bead
In creation's vast and sacred rosary.

The feeling of single existence sweeps by,
Like a gentle spring breeze,
leaving no trace of duality within me.
Everything sings the tasbih of unity—
No discordant note, no burr to be heard.

A clear vision reveals the unity of all,
Bringing an end to confusion and delusion.
As I move toward my true essence,
My heart now feels what my inner ear hears—
The divine song of oneness, clear and pure.
