When Violence Strikes Poem by Hebert Logerie

When Violence Strikes

We all panic when violence strikes
We all feel in our hearts the spikes
The pressures, the blows, and the pains
We must fight to protect trucks and planes
We must be vigilant to protect towns and plains
We must watch out for each other
We must stand up and love each other
Otherwise, in this violent environment
We all lose; we're all doomed under the tent.

We must speak out and say something
We must react; we're all inside the ring.

Good intelligence is the solution
Prevent things from happening
Do no stay idle and wait for the collision
Be proactive! Stop the first sting
Be on the lookout for each other
Together, we can defeat terror
We're all responsible, we're all accountable
Let's protect everyone at the table.

We all feel it; we must do something
To combat the evils and the violent sting.

When violence strikes, we all feel it
In our hearts, in our guts, in our souls
Be alert; keep our eyes on the bowls
Watch my back, we all can fit
I am watching your back
I will help you carry your backpack
We can stop the violence, we can win together
We can defeat the losers to have a safer future
Do not panic, we all can prevent and stop the terror.
