The day you walked in my life
I was so sure
That you would make a difference
That you would show me so many things
And open up my eyes to what was around me
That’s exactly what you did
When you came
I was so sure
That you were that special one that every girl dreams for
And I thought to myself
That I couldn’t I believe it
You were mine
And not just someone I dreamed up
You were real
You’re love was real
From that day on
Everything was so beautiful
What you did and what you said
So perfect and sweet
No one will ever be able to compare to you
Because you are perfect
In so many ways
When you came
I was able to breathe
When before I couldn’t
Because I never saw the good things in life
But when you came
You showed me just that
You showed me how to love
And just exactly what love is
