When Your'Re Here Poem by Sans Serif

This was a poem my sister wrote a while back. I won some poem contests and even ended up on a plaque. Keep in mind this isn't mine.
I have left it in it's original form. I wish she would write more but she gave up on it.

When you're here I feel safe and calm
It's never cold always warm
When you're here I feel complete
But when you left I felt defeat
You're the only one I ever really cared about
And the only one that I ever thought about
I can't believe I left you
But you left me too
I wanted you back but now you're with my friend
I should have known all good things come to an end.
