Where Is Oney? - Poem by John McCornack

Oney is much loved and talked about
but not on a road map so be alert
Oney exists mostly in people’s mind
The Post Office in town says Albert

People on the east side of main street
claim that they live in Oney every day
Families on west side of main street
claim Albert and want it no other way
