Where The Wind Takes Me Poem by J.C. Masa

Where The Wind Takes Me

Pain is the price of admission for a beautiful feeling,
Even in times when there's no direction to where I'm going.
I am weak because I care—and I'm okay with that.
Even if all you ever feel is despair, for me, it's a must-have.

I am more powerful when I am vulnerable; it doesn't make me disabled—
As a matter of fact, it makes me invincible.
I admit my heart is shallow, but when I love, it's profound.
Wherever the wind goes, I follow,
Hoping my heart never reaches the ground.
