I saw your sleepy face
You told me you were tired
I too put my head to pillow
Hoping for sweet dreams of you
Awakened by a warning
From the universe it came
I chased you in my dream
Then falling... falling...
Toward the hard ground
Fear was in my heart
But something broke my fall
I gently touched down
Aware now in a sweat
I reached out for you
But you were reaching for another
But I was not aware
Until morning......
